The Family Initiative, Inc. (TFI) is pleased to announce Tina Schueller as Senior Vice President of Finance.
Schueller brings extensive expertise and a solid foundation in finance and accounting. In her previous position, she spent seven years as the Interim Vice President for Finance and Controller at McMurry University. There, she supervised the handling of financial statements, monitored budgets and ensured smooth departmental coordination. Additionally, she was instrumental in overseeing audits, federal grants and compliance reporting.

Prior to that, she spent 15 years as a financial statement auditor for several public accounting firms, conducting audits for various industries, including nonprofits. Her expertise in audit management, team leadership and client relations has been instrumental in delivering valuable insights and fostering client growth. We are thrilled to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable leader join the team.

In her new role, Schueller will lead financial operations and strategy. She will ensure that our financial goals align with TFI’s mission and long-term objectives and manage planning and investment activities to maximize returns. She will also ensure that all controls comply with regulations and best practices.
Schueller received her bachelor’s degree in business administration in Accounting and General Business from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Tex. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
